FAQ

How does it work?

You sign up as the admin, pick Team Starter or Team Growth, and invite your teammates by email. Each teammate signs in with their own Kinde account and shares the team's topics, MCP tokens, and delivery quota.

How is billing handled?

Team plans are billed via Kinde Billing (Stripe underneath). You'll manage payment methods, invoices, and plan changes from the Kinde self-serve portal linked from Team management.

How do I invite teammates?

As the admin, use the invite_to_team MCP tool or the /org/invite API endpoint with the teammate's email. They receive an invite email from Pushpush and join the organisation when they accept.

App Store billing vs Kinde Billing?

Personal subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store via in-app purchase on iOS. Team plans are billed directly via Kinde Billing (card payment processed by Stripe) because multi-seat subscriptions aren't supported through the App Store. The two billing systems don't mix: team members don't need an App Store subscription.

How do I cancel?

Go to Team management to open the Kinde self-serve portal, where you can cancel or change plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Personal App Store subscriptions are cancelled from Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on iOS.

What happens at the end of the trial?

If you don't add a card within 14 days, the trial ends and the organisation's team entitlement is removed. You can restart the flow any time.
